About Us

peakresult LLC was founded in 2021 by Theresa Hayduke. The company is known for providing call center services as an outsourcing alternative. Services include inbound and outbound telephone, email, and chat correspondence for business owners with a need to minimize call center costs associated with overhead, recruiting, hiring, training, phone/internet services, salary, office equipment, etc. We make sure businesses receive the highest possible return on their investments.

peakresult LLC is the trusted choice for lead-setting and primary ISC call center services by home improvement industry leaders like Renewal by Andersen, Jacuzzi, Woodbridge Home Solutions, Carolina Home Remodeling, and many others. The team at peakresult LLC has experience with all CRM platforms including (but not limited to) LeadPerfection, Enabled+, Improveit 360, Salesforce, and more. We provide our own dialer, DIDs for marketing & tracking reports, and record all of our calls (inbound and outbound).

Although the team provides a variety of different call center services, we specialize in setting high-quality appointments for companies that provide in-home consultations in the home improvement industry. We are the homeowner's first POC, giving us the chance to make a great first impression on the leads generated from your marketing dollars. We have a demonstrated history of increasing conversion rates, sales revenue generated, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

Our team is up for every job or challenge, managing projects with the skill and experience our clients have come to expect. We are currently open to new clients, but will only take on one new partnership at a time in order to give each client the focus and attention needed to ensure a successful relationship.
